I'm eating in the Hard Rock employee cafeteria...its called the "rocketeria...and the food is mad good...I'm here eating with some waitress', maintance dudes, security, dealers and pit boss'...its rad...all free...we got these employee fod passes and for 24 hrs for the next 2 days imma be eating for free...

Tonights show went amazing...we've been getting a HUGE response from the MCR and Billy Talent fans...its incredible..and jae's family, as well as Chris' dad, and the Lil Drive Bys are here...I haven't seen the lil drivebys in almost 9 months I think...

I keep getting lost, so I'm getting to know the security guards really well...I'm on a first name basis with most of them by now...imma go gamble my money away with Janet...have a good night ya'll

I feel like I'm in the movie, "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas"...we're not in Vegas yet but the drive through the desert reminds me of it...I'm sleepy...I just drove for a couple hours...and my eyes are heavy so I switched it to Chris, who is sick...Sniffles McStuffington...So, we got a show in Las Vegas tonight and tomorrow...both at the same venue...the F-in Hard Rock kid! ...Jae's family and chris' dad are comin out...its gonna be sickie..not Chris Perino "sickie" but a good form of "sickie"...what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas...except Drive By...that's right...we're gonna "happen" 2 nights ina row...and then we're leavin..we aint staying in Vegas...we're gonna get our cute asses to San Jose and shit...yanke doodle...you don't see no 'animatronic animals' havin a pizza party in here, do you? NO! Cuz this aint no fuckin Chuckie Cheese!!!!!

Good morning March 29th....the date of the first real My Chemical Romance show of this tour...we slept on the floor of our managers hotel room...suprisingly I got some good sleep...it wasn't as uncomfortable as it should've been...the pillow was probably the best pillow ever
invented...
Jae and I took advantage of the continental breakfast...coffee, yogurt, oatmeal, some fruit...I coulda made waffles but I chose not to...and then we set off to bust buy...I didn't purchase anything but the band bought a printer so Jesse could do work...chris got an Ipod Video Nano...and Todd bought a cd to learn a cover song for our live show...I will not tell you what it is...you'll hafta just come out and see us play...

We tried to convince Jae that Jesse had a twin brother...but we felt bad bc Jae believed it and Jesse was just taking it way too far...so we told Jae...and now Jesse is still talking about his twin, jerry, and he looks like a fool..there is actually a website that Jesse's friend BJ made up...I wanna say its www.makejessemad.com but it might not be that exactly...google search that maybe it'll come up...its a bunch of stories jesse's friends post about what they do to make him mad...and how to make him mad urself...

I think chris has worms...in his brain...he is saying the funniest shit ever right now...he said "he's living on the end" out of context seems harmless...but he was talking about driving wrecklessly and meant he was "living on the edge", much like aerosmith once lived...He also was getting roadrage at a red Celica while eating a pastrami sanger(sandwich)...as they raced passed us he screamed "I shoulda thrown my sandwich at those fuckers, while I still had the choice, did I say choice? Fuck! I'm losing my mind...jae must've slapped me stupid this morning"...oh yea...chris smacked jae in the neck with a sock...a clean on...but jae didn't know and threw the fastest backhand strike that this world has ever seen to chris' head...

Wow..we hit some traffic on i10 east, and right next to the van some dude took his shoes off, sat on an old tire and took dumpsies right there...trying to hide it behind a bush...then he cleaned up to the best he saw fit...and walked back to his car, scratched his nose and gave this look of disgust...he must have smelled something horrid on his fingertips bc he looked as if he were about to gag...we just watch some grown ass man dirty sanchez himself...sick!

And the traffic jam was bc a truck filled with furniture had caught on fire in the desert...now we're moving...

steal little kids dreams...its gonna be rad...after the show we're gonna
hit up a shitty motel and go to sleep...I'm so exhausted from walking
around all day in the hot Arizona sun...

It was too dark to snap some shots of mcr from sidestage...but they're
rockin house right now...ill see if I can sneak 1 or 2...

found myself addicted to...well only the blue can, its sugar and carb

We played earlier on the side stage and had a big turnout..some girls
that we met have seen us play before in London...crazy...we got a really
good response...and we had an interview for the Tempe Music Festival

So I was soooo tired last night that I didn't actually realize how nice our hotel room was...we didn't pay for it though...it was a present...but its extremely nice in here...I just showered in one of the those "rain" showers...Todd is drinking a 6 dollar bottle of water...it is Fiji but its not a big bottle...jae fell asleep on the floor with a robe on...he put said robe on after his shower last night...I'm 'googling' bestbuys and guitar centers close by bc Chris needs a tuner, and he wants to get an ipod...

Oh and for the record...I keep both my phones on silent...all day...bc I constantly look at them...so I'm not a disturbance I don't let them ring all day...someone is usually sleeping at all times so its disrespectful to have ur phone ringing constantly...and when I'm getting ready for a show I generally turn them both off bc I don't wanna waste battery and I can't talk anyway...but if you leave a message or a text I will most likely get it...that was a public service announcement...

The early morning tightness has stolen my body last night after a long day of physical exploitation...I think that makes sense...my knees buckled as I threw them over the side of the couch to wake myself up for our 6:15 AM morning rise...we're trying to over pack the van to finally get on the road...for a 10 hour drive to Flagstaff, AZ...we got a show later today with a bunch of local bands...but we start out tour tomorrow...kinda...its a big radio show...I forget the big names of the festival but Fergie performs on the 29th for it...its pretty big...but ill know all the details when we get there...

We're organizing and reorganizing...trying to find out how we're gonna fit it all...I'm the first morning driver for this trip...jesse doesn't speed and we're an hour late....so I'm gonna make up for the tardiness...while todd and chris scan the house for anything left behind jae and I sit driver seat and shotgun making up new handshakes...we got a good one for ya...ill send the pics of it step by step later...but for now I must drive...later!

We just dead lifted almost 2000lbs of rubber flooring up the flight of stairs...and that's after moving all the shit up there...phew...half done...now we got about 2000 more lbs to go...the dudes are having a cigarette...ok back to work

There is a stairway that goes to the ceiling...really weird...and there are some pics of the old office...being emptied...my arms hurt...but I'm suprisingly not tired from lifting and carrying a bunch of heavy shit up stairs...27 stairs to be exact...

Drive By doin the grunt work...we're moving the riot squad office up stairs to a bigger office...we're carrying fridges, desks, boxes and boxes of cds, computers, water coolers, pretty much me jae and chris alone...todd cut his finger within 10 mins of working...so he's been upstairs organizing the stuff we carry up...Drive By aint just a band of softies, we get down and dirty...a lil hustle never hurt nobody...there are some pics of the new office space...
