I'm a lil bored...BUT I found the greatest juice ever..its called "naked" and its pure juice...its like the juice's juice....I'm tryin to stay healthy and lose my beer gut that apparently snuck up on me...so eating healthy and working out are what I need to do, while I'm stationary...they just happen to be the 2 most impossible things to keep up with on the road once I leave my manager's house...on the road, there are never healthy fast food resturants off major highways...and if u do find some place to get good food...its usually extremely expensive...and you can't always find a couple hours to run and work out...it sucks...but its life...its my life that is...

So I'm sitting in a reclining chair, legs over the arm-rest, straight loungin...todd is drinkin an iced cold diet pepsi max...jae is searchin youtube.com for videos of billy joel...and chris "was" using the bathroom, but we can't find him now...we're about to leave to go drop our gear off now...you remember...to the site of the video...

So we found midevil times gear...and now we're running around with it...and P2 has a Rob Zombie's Halloween mask...its legit and looks
real...

We went for a walk to get some ishie from the grizzocey stizzore...and then we rehearsed a lil acoustic...

Sometimes next we we'll be in the buzznet.com studio doin an acoustic performance..and there are talks of a show with an awesome band...I can't tell u who bc it hasn't been confirmed yet but ill be an I'll show at the Key Club in LA if it works out...

took a train down the river of freedom...

A cool crisp breeze taps my skin as I lean against a warm iron railing...staring down the hills of LA I feel a calm...even with the sounds of helicopters, car horns in the distance, and stuck up blonde's with fake boobs' heels clicking on the pavement as that cross paths with happy, smiling homeless dudes with great tans and stories, dont seem to interrupt my peacefulness...

That's what's goin down right meow! Jae is myspace creepin it, chris jams on an unplugged electric bass guitar, todd and P2 are chattin about this band 'Gaslight Anthem' who are pretty rad...and I writing this blog..observing...contemplating a path to get to Silver Lake, Ca so we
can drop off our gear at the video site...the only problem is there seems to be thousands of people running through LA today...I think its called the LA Marathon...as if traffic wasn't the worst in LA on a normal day at any hour of the day...but let's close down streets as well... pretty fun..

UFC fight! Tonight! Me and the boys are all chillin out in the living room waiting anxiously for the silva/henderson brawl...

The photo shoot went amazing...we got a lot of good shots...and I'm extremely happy with what we left them to work with...I'm feelin kind of hungry and I couldn't find grilled chicken and steamed veggie yet...breakfast was a doughnut, lunch was a subway club with onions and banana peppers...so delicious but its kinda cheating on my diet...hoepfully dinner will be chicken...we'll see...

the Luck 'O' the Irish

its a layed back kind of hectic day so far...we're runnin around changing wardrobes and ish...this place is cool...its 4 floors of a building with millions of different rooms..there is an office looking one, grandmas house, torture chamber, creepy elevator, and the list goes on and on...but the photoshoot is goin really well...kevin estrade is the man...and there's a big leprechaun as well as a corpse...we saw the drummer from the band 'the germs' roll up and we asked what he was doing there...and apparently he LIVES in this creepy old building...there is a student film also being filmed upstairs...

I got new shoes!! Jimmy from Macbeth brought over some ill kicks for us...and some shirts and socks and ish...its like christmas...I also got my hair did by this dude named Guy, i was gonna say "some guy named Guy, but i thought that would be 'the cheese'...rad dude though...he does the hair for the cast of "Til Death"...ya know the show with finch from American Pie? The newly weds living next door to the couple married for a long time...

Its 12:22 EST but 9:22AM here in LA...its smoggy out and a lil chilly...the boys and I are watching "breaking bad" on AMC on demand...probably one of the coolest shows out right now...its pretty brilliant...we're just killin time before we drive to the site of the photoshoot...I'm kinda anxious to have my fitting this morning...I hope all goes well...I'm sure it will...

Oh...I'm on a diet...the hair stylist, Guy, told me about it...all u can eat is grilled chicken and steamed veggies...so I'm gonna try it out and ill update on my progress...
